Shelley Monnig is Director of Business Operations for Arthur Morris Lifestyle Wealth Management. Prior to joining the firm, Shelley worked in Finance at a local university for several years. She says, “While in my previous position, I gained knowledge about budgeting and planning for higher education expenses. I am excited by the new challenge of working in an industry that helps people plan for their future through wealth management and life insurance options.”
Shelley plans to use her prior experience to run the day-to-day operations of Arthur Morris Lifestyle Wealth Management while assisting our financial advisors in helping clients build their personalized investment portfolios. She says, “It is rewarding to see a client who is able to travel or spend their time as they wish in retirement because they chose to work with a knowledgeable advisor to help them reach their financial goals!”
Shelley grew up in Hannibal, Missouri, and moved to Glasgow in 2008 after marrying a Glasgow native, Andy. They have two daughters who participate in a variety of activities, including all-star cheerleading, softball, basketball, and track. “Our girls are very active, which keeps us busy, but I wouldn’t wish it any other way. I enjoy watching them do the things they love!” she says. She has also enjoyed coaching multiple local youth sports teams over the last several years. In her free time, Shelley enjoys curling up with a good book and her two cats – Zuri and Shadow.
